Not what I'm used to

I often use the McDelivery service when I simply couldn't be bothered to leave the house. The first time the driver had some difficulty finding my house but after that they have been pretty good at getting my order to me, correct and on time. However, today they not only arrived after an hour, which was very long considering the time of day I ordered but they also forgot an item off my order, the food was far from hot, telling me that it had been standing a while and also, their new Boerie burger looks like it was slapped together by a drunk 5 year old. It seems like no effort was put in and this is not what I would have come to expect from such an enormous company. I guess at some point your just don't have to give a damn about your customer anymore right?!
