Not so fast food at a fast food outlet

Went to get breakfast at the new Mcdonalds in Jean Crossing this morning. The order went well and we were told that our order would be ready in 3 minutes (as they were not busy at all due to Burger King being right next door). There were a number of people who came after but left before me. The drive thru orders seemed to be flying out but the staff couldn't have cared less about the people placing orders at the counter. I asked what's going on a number of times but no one seemed to be listening me. I received my order 25 minutes after placing it, mind you, it had just been 2 happy meals and 2 burgers and I had not been the only 1 complaining. When the order was finally ready they had mixed up another persons in my bag. If you're looking for fast food, quick and efficient service...don't waste your time going there. Their employees are extremely rude and have no training in customer service. I understand its a new store but that's not reason enough to have *********** staff. You'd think that with the competition right next door they'd at least try.
