Not serious about customer service!!!

Went to Mc Donalds Drive Through @ Barbara Rd Isando /Edenvale -12h00 Sunday- to buy 2 soft serve Ice creams- saw there were only 2 cars waiting in the Queue to collect (did not seem to be busy)- so drove in & placed order - but ended up waiting 10 minutes before getting to services window - then waited further 5min for 2 ice creams to come only whilst listening fun & laughter happening inside - eventually drove off !!- in this day & age of tough economic times appears Mc Donald's & their staff are not serious about customer service!!
