Not satisfied at all.

So today after my wife said she felt for something spicy I decided to make use of the Mc Donald's App opting for the delivery option, she works at Summerstrand NMMU which I thought would be a quick process as the food was ordered at 13.01pm, delivery time was approximately 13.30 and how bad could have it had been?..., I gave Mc Donald's a call around 13.45pm and was told there is only one driver and he would be out shortly to deliver my wife's order, calmly I kept my cool and called my wife to assure her that her food will be delivered, at 15.30pm her food was still not delivered and had to collect the food at the Summerstrand Mc Donald's store, I am shocked at the lack of communication and customer service, if I had knew their service was this pathetic I would have driven or chosen a competitor which I can assure service would have been their no1 priority, I called to speak to the manager and all she could say was that she is not sure what to say.

McDonald's is this the service delivery a REGULAR customer gets?
