Not reliable and *****s

I ordered meal on the 13th of April, two Big Mac burgers meal and they only delivered one meal, I reported the issue on the 14th they called me and said they will give me refund for the other burger mean till today nothing. I have been waiting for 2full weeks it’s annoying and they keep lying
