Not pleased!!!

I was at the Hillcrest branch, I bought a big mac meal. Firstly my order didn't reflect in their system. They finally gave me the order but when I got to the office I was given a cajun chicken meal that I never ordered. I called them, the lady who answered apologised and promised me a free meal and gave me her number for when I come to collect it and her number isn't working. I don't know how you treat a customer like that..
