Not my order

I am a student, McDonalds is the only fast food restaurant i use, regular customer( 2 times a week at same location in Pretoria) so that i save on money for making food. Went one night to the drive-thru-8:16pm . Ordered a double big mac for 45 rand with a large chocolate milkshake. When i got home, i saw they gave me a normal big mac which was cold. Phoned the reception and said i got wrong burger. They asked me to come back, when i stated that i live a long way and i will waste petrol, they just kept quiet. I had to drive all the way, replace my burger, they said sorry but i expected more, as I am a regular customer and other services usually compensate you with a free product( its the least they can do) Later called them and said this is inexcusable, i am a regular and loyal customer, i spend lots of money on this mcdonalds restaurant. Its a week later and still no feedback. This made me lose interest in this fast food restaurant, the treatment and response to customers feel as if they don't care. On the lookout for a better and reliable service from another chain.
