NOT LOVIN'IT

Never have I ever received such a poor service,its bad enough that the order took over an hour. They call and when i get outside the delivery man is not there,he keeps calling to say his outside whereas he is nowhere around that area then I call the call center for help and the guy (Terrence) that assists me tells me there is nothing he can do about my complaint. I will never order anything from this franchise because there is definitely nothing to "LOVE" about it!!!!!!!
