Not lovin' it at all..<br> <br> My family and I went to Mall @ Reds McDonald's last night to order ice cream. The ordering machine outside was broken and after my father said the order twice to make sure she had it correctly the lady took our order wrong. When we tried to explain to the waiter that gave us our ice creams at the last window she had the nerve to laugh in my father's face and stick her tongue out at him. I then rolled down my window and told her she definitely got the order wrong but she just called the other lady who argued very rudely and told my father it was his own fault and she wouldn't give us our ice cream.<br> McDonald's Mall @ Reds just lost a family of 6 people's business.<br> And furthermore the Oreo McFlurry my mother and I ordered was just pure white ice cream with no Oreo in.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in the horrible service we received.
