Not impressed with the service I received

On Saturday 5 December 2015 round about 23:25. We drove into the drive thru at Mc Donalds. We placed our order and the person at the speaker and managing the order took it and said is there anything else so i said yes my friends would like to place their order. She told us that in the drive thru they dont allow 2 orders per car. We proceeded to pay and then to collect the food. When we got there we were told that our order is not done we need to go park infront. 15 minutes Past ant the order had not arrived. I got out and walked to the window. When I got there my order was not done and i waited outside for my order to be finished. When i asked why was it taking so long they didnt answer me. Im not impressed with the service i received. Nowhere does it say that 2 orders are not allowed per car and that u have to wait for ur food in a drive thru. I no longer feel the need to support that McDonalds if this is the service that im going to get. Hope someone can help me in this regard. Kind regards. MICHELLE BOTHA
