Not happy with my order

Macdonald's your store at Kuils river cape town sold me dry burgers with dry fillings, tell me why i buy medium burger and it comes as a regular and with burnt burgers and old lettuces, tell me why the cheese burger does not make any sense?

I refuse to eat this meal, it's too expensive for me to go to the store for my refund
