Not happy with meal I bought

My name is A.k and today at about 7pm I went to mcdonalds fleet street East London. I ordered fold over with meal spicy one and when I came back home I was very upset with the fold over patties were so cold and there was not enough sauce in it. I stay fair from that place and it was not easy for me to go back I am very dossapointed at this. And also I bought ice cones they were not ready and I spoke with a lady that it doesn't look ok but she gave me . I am very unhappy about all this.
