Not good enough McDonalds

I decided this morning to get a yummy Egg Sausage Mc****in from the McDonalds in Cresta Crossing this morning but was treated to a terrible example of how a bad attitude turns what should be something to look forward to, to an experience that turns the taste sour in your mouth. The lady taking my order through the drive through made a mockery of the fact that although I ordered a meal (which came with something to drink) I did not realize that coffee was included in the meal, not cappuccino, so I mistakenly ordered additional cappuccino. When I realized the error she laughed at me with her supervisor leaving me feeling foolish and unhappy. When I collected the meal I was not given sugar or a utensil with which to stir the coffee which should be automatically included and left feeling very unhappy. My morning went from being exciting to angry. This is not good enough McDonalds, not good enough at all!
