Not giving everything after buying

My name is Mathabo. I went to Macdonald's Maponya mall on Tuesday June 16. I bought a happy meal at around 20:00. The lady gave me my meal. When I got home I realized the the juice was not inside. I could not go back as it was very late and was also gonna be a waste of petrol just for juice. Does this mean that we are now not supposed to trust the consultants that they will give us the correct things that we ordered. We always have to open our food first . I need an apology from a store and compensation for not giving my child what she went there to get.
