Not delivered, had to get it myself

On 10/09/2022 I ordered a delivery. At +- 18:18 i noticed on the app it is out for delivery, i know it take 5 min from there to my place. i waited and waited in the cold weather, the app display showed that it would be delivered by 18:25 - 18:45, at 18:50 i called the MCDONALDS Milnerton the phone rang til it went dead 2 times at 19:00 i went to the shop. they had stories. and also told me it was the 2nd time food were brought back. i told him "would i buy R300 worth of food and not collect" The food on the app are more expensive than the food in the shop. so i did your delivery and paid extra for it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
