Not acceptable!!!

On Saturday 10 October around 23:19 went through the drive through to get some burgers. I put in an order for my friend Anja and told the operator to ring another order, separately up for me.. so in other words 2 separate orders.<br> <br> There were 3 cars in front of us. At 23:30 I received one order. I took one look and ask the lady where is the other order. We had to orders.<br> <br> She asked inside and came out and rep**** that they put everything in one bag. What, really this is not right.<br> So I opened the bag, everything was squashed together, our burgers were flat and squashed.<br> <br> My friend Anja made a big fuss and told her that this is not acceptable, the lady gave us a bag, and can you believe that we had to separate our order.<br> <br> She said she wanted to see the manager immediately.<br> <br> At 23:31 she met with Nomeqmo Busie and really gave her a piece of her mind regarding the horrible service and attitude that we just have received. <br> <br> The people inside just does not care. They were like so relaxed and when told that they taking too long, they rushed and just shoved our stuff in a bag.<br> <br> This was really a horrible experience.
