Not a happy custom

Hi all

Been at McDonald's Stellenbosch at bp this morning to see how the app work and if it works,I knew that something will go wrong cause to pay 90c for a cup of coffee sounded untrue....... Come to the franchise and there it was the scanner to scan the barcode didn't work at all but the saddest thing was the manager didn't even come to the front desk to explain but yes big companies don't have to explain at all why a promo don't work... Think this was just to get people on the app.
