Not a good experience

<p>Soothing music as the music is aggravating</p> <p>I wish to make a complaint against McDonald's Cresta. Firstly when placing an order and asking specifically to deduct the balance from the Cresta gift card and the use the money given to pay for the remaing amount. The teller did not listen and used all the money and most of credit on the card. The order I placed was a triple boerie burger meal up-sized to a extra large and a junior cheese burger. When I received my order the junior cheese burger and extra large fries<br />were cold. The manageress was informed&she apologised but did nothing to rectify the situation. This is the second time I have experienced such dismal service at this McDonald's. The previous experience resulted in my triple boerie burger having no onions or tomatoes or anything on except three patties and very little tomato sauce. Customers such as myself do not need this, we pay for a service with our hard earned money and have a normal expectation to receive what we pay for.</p>
