Not a 24/7 franchise

I have no idea why the The Mall@Carnival Branch says 24 hours but they're closed, I mean at 3AM the drive through is closed with crates to prevent any cars to pull through and couldn't see anyone inside, this was really disappointing especially for someone who traveled from the opposite side of town for a early breakfast for myself, fiancé and five other friends. When we got there three other cars were parked outside where people had walked to the door tried to pull the door and seemed as though the door was locked as they couldnt enter. They turned around and climbed back into their car and left. I can only imagine how much business was lost due to the fact of the false advertising of 24/7.
