***Nosizwe at McDonalds (Brackenfell Branch) - Western Cape***

Normally this platform is used, inter alia, to voice a bad service or an bad experience. I would like to take this opportunity to thank NOSIZWE from McDonald's (Brackenfell branch) in the Western Cape for her GREAT customer service and exceptionally friendly personality. I will go very often to the said McDonald's and their service is just outstanding and it needs to be voiced. I do think that it have to be a group effort to deliver such a great service. I hope with all my heart that McDonald's will invest and uplift employees like Nosizwe. She possesses every quality that is crucial to be a success in working with clients on a daily basis. I do not know much about her, but the little that I have seen, has persuaded me that it will be a grave injustice to her, if I do not congratulate and thank her for her astonishing demeanor. I truly hope that her employer will personally thank her and to do everything possible to ensure that she have a great future at McDonalds. Women needs to be empowered and they are needed in positions where important decisions are made.

Nosizwe (in particular) and to the rest of her dedicated and hard working colleagues, thank you for making my experience at McDonalds so memorable, each and every time.
