Nosense service

I ordered food online it never got delivered.Ordered food via their call center never got delivered,the first agent dropped the phone in my ear,the second one just dropped,I called again only to be told that my profile was not created so the third agent created it and he put my address as benoni when I clearly told him that my closest macdonalds is in fourways buzz he was rude and still went to put a wrong address.After calling again the last lady I spoke to was polite and tried to help me the best way she could but nope I am still waiting for my ghost delivery to arrive it's not her fault though,but the whole macdslivery is just utter nosense other food outlets are more professional and efficient .But hey I am just one hungry and angry guy who would advise people not to use Macdelivery rather go to the stores or stick to people who appreciate their customer's like debonaires,dominos and Mr D who actually delivery on time.And mind you just last week they so-macnotdelivery delivered food to the same address that apparently does not show on my profile.
