Bad service Northgate McDonald's

Yesterday I waited in the drive thru for almost half and hour with 20 cars infront of me. When I get to the drive thru. They tell me there is no ice cream. Why advertise something that you guys dont have???? Or put a sign in front that there is no ice cream . That is ridiculous! Wasted time! Bad service !
