Norkem park McDonald's Kempton park😡😡

McDonald's Norkem park their service is so bad ,the lady from drive thru lacks communication and professionalism we bought a spicy mcfeast on the 9th of November around 13h00-14h00and her speed point I think it was faulty and apparently she said our card declined but the amount debited from our card and she said we must pay cash the amount will reverse back after 24 hours till now it has not even their manager confirmed that or they ****** people through drive thru😡😡
