Nonsense Service

on Saturday last week the 15th of December 2018 i ordered food for deliver online. i was charged delivery which was fine however got annoyed when i was called by the manager at Gandhi square saying they dont deliver to Kibler Park. although i was upset that their system couldnt couldnt notify during the ordering stage i just left it. i was then told that my refund will be processed Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. Today as i write this review im told by their call centre that my refund was processed and should reflect anyday now. when i started questioning how come its not reflecting yet was told it was only processed yesterday.

not only did they disappoint my kids, they keep customers monies and process whenever they want/feel like it. This is utter nonsense.
