NONCHALANT SERVICE

I went to McDonalds mall of Africa yesterday and waited more than 30 minutes for a cuppocino and donut. When the donut finally came it was hard as a rock. The staff didn’t seem bothered at all they refunded me and left. This morning I went again to get the donut same problem:(:( the donut was hard. I couldn’t even eat it and they were so unbothered I just left it there and went to work because I didn’t want to be late.
