Non existent service

We visited the newly renovated Ottery branch on Sunday to get a short frappe. 1 item... Not even a meal. The place only had 2 families ahead of us, one collected their order 5mins after we arrived the other, a family of 3, waited along with my husband and I. I placed my order at the self service terminal at 4.25pm and then had to wait. Only at 4.45pm did someone bother to make my order. I'm not sure what role the person in the red blazer plays, but she was only bothered with chatting to the security guy in the branch and not bothered at all at the lack of service. How does 1 wait 20mins for a beverage to be made? It literally took them 4mins max to make the drink. I'm unsure how long the previous family had to wait bcos tneu were already there when we arrived.

Even though the branch was recently relaunched with a new interior, the service on a quiet Sunday was pathetic and close to non existant
