Non existant service

Arrived at McDonald's Milnerton and headed for the drive thru. Was informed the drive thru was not opperational. Queued inside for 15mins before giving up and leaving. Only 1 till opperational! As I left I noticed cars getting food from the drive thru. Total waste of time and a complete f*#ck you attitude. So much for the concept of fast food.
