Non-existance of customer service at McDonald's

<p>This evening 19 December, as many times before we got dinner from McDonald's at Parkrand Boksburg. But service has been deteriorating lately and last night was the last straw. The order included 3 x big tasty burgers but was incorrect, and in the wrong boxes (McFeast) as they apparently again had not the correct boxes for the burgers ordered. When checking and querying the staff member was rude and unprofessional. When we got home and tasted, it clearly was McFeast burgers with the big tasty sauce. The chips also was disgusting as it was over done. We have stopped supporting McDonalds at Mall@Carnival as that is closer, but there the service and staff is even worse. This is not acceptable and as a franchise should have a standard, but it is clearly not followed at these branches.</p>
