non delivery - waiting 5 - 8 working days refund

placed a order after 12:00. order confirmation states delivery between 12:40 - 12:55. my work are just opposite from MacDonald's Roodepoort. phoning about 13:33 and could not get a proper answer as to why not delivered. branch advised that they will do a refund. customer services phones and tells me if i want a refund i have to wait 5 - 8 working days??!! WHAT???? the payment goes off immediately from your bank but when they messed up the customers must wait for a refund. i am so so disappointed and disgusted. i will not leave this here, i am going big.
