Non compliant to health and safety rules

Today 7 November 2021 around 13:15 pm at Mc Donald’s retail crossing in Roodeport the workers were trying to fix a block from on of the sewerage water tanks. Instead of disposing the water in a healthy way they poured it into the drinking water septic thereby potentially contaminating the water. What sort of H&S training do Mc Donald employees have endangering customers and especially since we usually go there to buy our kids meals that was so disgusting.
