Non Compliant Service

Hi McDonald's. Yesterday I ordered a Mcflurry from one of the McDonald's in Cape Town, then I waited long for my order, upon collection of my order at the counter I was given a Mcflurry in a size small coffee cup. I was told that the Mcflurry cups has finished. I tried to explain to the workers that the cup was way smaller than the Mcflurry cup. And it's not compliant to serve me the ice cream in a small coffee cup. Instead, the worker at the counter gave me attitude, she was rude. This is totally unacceptable. And she told me she won't give me discount. So I had to take the ice cream as is. This is so unprofessional.
