No Sympathy from Mc Donald Flora Park Polokwane

Mc D Flora Park!! Wow was a treat I received from a phone call to seeing the manager. I went to busy 4 meals with my 2 daughters . We set to wait for our orders and once the number was called we went to collect but forgot a laptop bag on the seat. Abt 7 mins of driving out I called the store *** and immediately I mentioned I left a bag I’m told it’s not their responsibility should someone take it. Then I’m told the bag is missing. I drove back to Mc D and found my bag placed against the window at the entrance 💔not in the office for safe keeping. While I was waiting for the person that I spoke to I then complained to the manager who was busy on a laptop not even bothered Abt my complaint. This was shocking to the core ..the poorest customer service ever. Shame on you
