No show

I ordered a meal for my daughter yesterday from the Mcdonalds at Hillfox via the McDelivery service. We went to sleep waiting for our food. This is not the first time something like this has happened. The first time, the delivery guy didn't bother calling us for an update and after 2 hours when I called they told us our order hadn't been prepared yet so we waited another 45 minutes for our food. I'm not impressed with your level of service. I've been loyal to Mcdonalds for over 16 years now and this is not on!
