No Service , Wrong order, Bad attitude and more

I went to McDonalds Pretoria North.I ordered 4 chocolate Sundays and 2 small fries.I paid and no-one was in-front of me after I paid. I waited such a long time and no-one even came to the window to greet and say it is on the way. After which felt like 15-20 minutes I hooted. Still no-one. After probably another 5 minutes a lady came to the window. She did NOT even GREET or DID NOT apologize for the major delay. NOTHING. She put her hand throw the delivery window with 4 caramel Sundays only. I indicated that I ordered CHOCOLATE Sundays and she was trying to hand me CARAMEL Sundays. She argued that the caramel was their chocolate! She did not apologize nothing. She got angry and just turned and walked away. After another probably 5 minutes she came back with the same ice-cream with caramel she originally brought. She told me she will just add the chocolate Sunday sauce on-top of the caramel sauce. I said to her I only want the chocolate Sunday I ordered. She again rudely just walked away. She came back with the chocolate Sundaes . WRONG LIDS , NO S****S , NO SERVIETTES.
