No service... No Money back

<p> I ordered from this mcdondalds as a last cheap resort about a week ago, i used thier website and paid online, waited about 3 hours to no avail , when phoning to find out why my order has been taking so long i get told that the store in question has been closed for the day and thay forgot to redirect my order, this being unacceptible i asked forr my money back, thay replyd by saying someone would phone me and get my payment details, I am still waiting for this phone call, and guessing it's not going to happen! </p>
