No service delivery from McDonalds Delivery

We decided to try out the McDonalds Delivery Service in our area. I contacted the call centre to place my order which was done at 5pm. Over an hour later we didn't receive our delivery and after contacting the call centre to find out the status of the order, I was told that the Greenstone McDonalds branch does not do deliveries. Strange though, as I contacted the Greenstone branch initially and was told that they do deliveries, however I will have to contact the call centre to place my order. Terrible service from the call centre and definitely a service I will not use. McDonalds should stick to just doing their drive thru!
