NO SERVICE at MCDONLDS

We drove bye, to check the Mc'ds and saw the drive bye was not full so we queue as normal, waited 45min to be helped witch at the time was not the problem the order door was closed, the person that normaly toke your order at the the order box was not there, so we drove to the pay point and ask where everyone is, the lady that stOod there was speaking. An african tongue so we could not understand her, so we waited at that door so someone can help us, the girl that took the orders came around and started taking orders from the back after we asked her to place one for us, she ignored us and continued to to orders , so we parked the car and went in asked for an manager or supervisor, the lady didn't know if she is manager or just someone working there this is 26/04/2015. Past 2. Told us she will sort if out and still we waited to be helped. If anybody thinks this is how one should be treated, let me know.
