no service!!! at all!!!

what bad service from the supposedly 24/7 mcdonalds in Jan van Riebeeck Drive Paarl.

I live in Wellington, about 15 minutes away, and really wanted a chocolate milkshake. knowing they are the only place that will be open at 23:45 I got in my car and travelled to mcdonalds. I arrived just after 00:00 and at the drive thru, the lady told me the system is offline and will be ready in 30 minutes. tgey are preparing the system for the next day of business. i parked my car in the parking lot and waited 30 minutes and tried again. again i was told it would be offline for 30 minutes and that they cant take orders. i asked them if they are 24 hours, and the lady said yes they are. then i again asked, okay, so i can place a order? no sir, you can not. then the manager shouter from the back that she must take my order. then she asked what i would like and i asked for a large chocolate shake, her answer was that thr icecream machine is off. what hirruble service!!! so here i. am, at 01:15 and without my milkshake! i drive all the eay to Paarl and returned an hour later, without my milkshake!!! horrible service Mcdonalds!!!
