No service at all

I arrived at the mcdonalds at about 11 pm with an empty stomach in search for something to eat. At first I walked in to order but 20 min of waiting for someone to help me I decided to go through the drive through. After wating about 5 min to order my food the lady taking my orders messed it up twice. I also couldn't order a large meal for a reason still unknown. After 10min of waiting in my car I finally got to the window to receive my food I got a can of soda instead of the usual larger cup of soda. The employees lack of respect and unfriendly attitudes did not help either.
