No Service at 24hr drive through

<p>Long story short, it was +- 12:30am on saturday 10th December. We went to Mcdonalds Ottery close to the hyper. 2 cars was in front of us which immediately left. We couldnt understand why. We then parked the car and I went to the entrance door. As the security opened the door, The music was pumping at full blast, the drive through order lady and a few staff members was having a blast. I asked the security what is happenening as cars are leaving and were all going to the KFC drive through. IS this not a 24hr Mcdonalds anymore. He then said we must go through the drive threw. As we approached the order machine, the order lady immediately asked us to wait in the parking for 10 minutes and then we should come back to order. This was done withought even taking our orders first. Never the less, we left immediately and i advised her that i will be laying a complaint. This is quit ridiculous. If they could then advised why we should wait and what the problem was then we couldnt understood. But the music was pumping and they were just not in the mood to work. Thank you</p>
