No service at 24 hour restaurant

<p>McDonald's Bellville, Cape Town has continued to disappoint on their service. The restaurant is advertised by their signage as a 24 hour facility, but continues to not be able to give any service via the drive through or walk in between the hours of 00:00 and 01:00 every single day dispatch to staff changes. I feel as a customer that this is unacceptable since they cannot advertise 24 hour if they are closed for an hour every day. For some of us wanting some good fast food in the early hours of the morning it is unacceptable to find a 24 hour restaurant that is closed for any period of time. There are frequently queues of people waiting to get some food at this time. The shift change needs to be optimised to serve the customers more efficiently </p>
