No service

I was craving for Mcdonald at about 12:30 am, and knowing Mcdonalds operate 24/7 i decided to get myself a burger but before i did i went to the website and found a store that operates 24/7. I went and i was greeted as usual and i then placed my order then to my surprise the lady said nothing after i placed my order, i waited for 5 min before moving to the window where you pay, i saw people inside looking at me and passing by but after 10 minutes nothing happened i was just waiting, i then proceeded to the last window where you pay still the staff was just looking at me till i decided to leave. I layed a complain about it and I have received a call from McDonalds store that i laid a complaint against. Im still not happy, about the outcome. The thing is McDonalds is known for operating 24/7, i even went to the website, you can even browse it and you will see that it says it operates 24/7. And the drive-thru was open and ppl where inside and just kept on looking at me and not saying anything, and they where just one meter away, why couldn't they tell me, I waited for 20 minutes till I realized that i wasn't going to be assisted. I wasted my time and petrol for nothing just missery <br>
