no service

<p>Firstly... i drive to mcdonalds in wonderboom, order 20 piece nuggets... then they tell me they have to add it to the system as x2 10piece nuggets. The difference in price of 20 piece nuggets and x2 10 piece nuggets is an odd R8... but it is the principle that if you do that to each and every client... you are collecting more money from your clients by overcharging which is insane!</p> <p> </p> <p>Angry ...</p> <p>i decide not to support that mcdonalds, and then drive to mcdonalds montana. I order my 20piece nuggets... added correctly to the system and pay my R65 gladly. When i reach the counter to collect... they then realise they made a mistake with the order and ask me to park and wait.</p> <p>5 cars that ordered after me, collect their food and go... the lady then brings my nuggets and says that they made yet another mistake... i have to swipe my card again... for R6 because i paid for the wrong order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Come on... my bank charges would be more than a lousy R6.</p> <p>is this the level of service clients get... first you overcharge clients... then due to your own necligence force your clients to wait for minutes and pay extra for waiting???</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the lowest level of service ever received and this from two seperate branches... i drove far... and to have the worse experience ever!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Unacceptable!</p>
