no service

Today is an exact reoccurence of the previous nights experience. I work late and decided to get something to eat in the early hours of the morning. To be told by a staff member that if I wish to purchase anything I am to wait in the parking bay because they are busy cleaning the kitchen. I went now again (early hours of the morning) and to my dismay was told the exact same thing. Why is it then a 24 hour drive thru???? Very disgruntled customer.
