NO SERVICE

I am appalled at the pathetic service from McDonalds. Recently, I experienced lousy service twice at Century City, Cape Town restaurant. I logged a service call through McDonalds website. 2 reference numbers were issued. Nobody contacted me in the last 2 months to apologize for the lack of service, or even address the issue that is still occurring at Century City.

Is McDonalds really a SERVICE DRIVEN industry or are they only interested in collecting our MONEY?

Why bother issuing reference numbers when nothing will ever be done about your complaints.

I doubt that I will ever use Century City again. They have an excellent food tracking system with ticket numbers but the food never seems issued on time. Eventually after asking where your food is, everyone falls around looking for your food and it cannot be found...

Poor service- or maybe I'm just insignificant to them...YOU CAN DECIDE...
