No Service

On a Saturday morning in the CBD of Upington, McDonald's could not serve a cappuccino as they had no milk. A fruit *****s market is just across the street. For breakfast, there was no tomato and bacon. On another Saturday morning, at McDonald's in the Kalahari Mall, we waited for just over 40 minutes to get served three cappuccinos, one Coke and chips and more than an hour for a serving of ice cream. SERVICE is not a point for McDonald's.
