No Service

I am so tired of McDonalds Berea Road, nobody seems to care at all. The staff are totally ***********. They were out of Soda, filed a complaint, manager phoned and asked me how I thought he should sort the problem out!! Now really!!! Next we went for a McFlurry, no s****s, so they gave us a fork!! Yes you read right a for****!! The drive through makes you park and wait and then messes the order up. You get home to discover it is wrong. The ring up orders wrong and tell you it because they are still learning. Surely there should be someone helping the people. Simply, they Don't care. I have complained to Head Office, they just get their manager to phone, who I must say, must have a very thick book of excuses. I then found out this branch is a training branch, but really have someone there to make sure not too many errors are made. Also, stop blaming the supplier, the manager should make sure they have stock at all times.

I can't even give them a half star!!!
