No sauces available

Okay so Sunday morning early I went to Mcdonalds for nuggets with their famous bbq sauce... and well I went inside to find that they were offline and had no bbq sauce so we had to go through the drive through only to find out that they had no softdrinks and no bbq sauce, Now please explain to me how that works? They should always be online unless caused by loadshedding and they should also always have sauces to provide.
