No response From store after order placed and paid online

Hi, waited for my order to be delivered, placed order 14.19 on app, est deliv time 14.47. time now 15.55, called mcdelivery put on hold 15 mins i phoned again they said theyl call back. Still waiting, no one knows anything even the app. Called 3rd time, Tebogo assisted and did call back , the store that took the order was not taking calls or making deliveries, we had to cancel cancel the order after 2,5 hours. Store is Mcds Mall of africa, very unprofessional, i am not going to use their app again.
