No respect when speaking to the customer's

Terrible service in McDonald's Richards Bay, the young lady working in the McCafe has no respect when speaking to their customers..... I ordered my hot drink and when I reached out for the sugar and the s****s, she reached out and took the sugar and s****s from me insisting that the hot drinks is sweet enough and there is no need for it whilst the rest of the staff came out laughing about the matter. She then escorted me to my table with the sugar to see if I'm using it or taking it with me..... This is not on and how to treat your customers.
